海信贾少谦:不能把智能化的技术当成智能化的价值-观察者网 - guancha.cn
On March 4, 2026, the national two sessions commenced, with Jia Shaoqian, Chairman of Hisense Group and a National People's Congress representative, presenting several proposals centered on the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) in manufacturing and quality of life enhancements. He emphasized the shift of AI from a technology-driven phase to one where its value is realized, advocating for a focus on serving real human needs rather than being overly preoccupied with technology for technology's sake.
Jia pointed out that the development of AI must align with user requirements, transforming technology from a mere industry trend into a solution addressing genuine challenges. This calls for a fusion of AI technology and real economic needs, thereby facilitating a transition from “Made in China” to “Intelligent Manufacturing in China.”
He proposed creating a national smart agent infrastructure to empower AI in manufacturing. Hisense has already established advanced manufacturing plants that utilize AI in production processes, achieving significant efficiency improvements—like a 75% reduction in design time thanks to AI-driven automation.
Regarding robotics, Jia called for a shift away from homogenization to differentiated, scenario-based applications. A prime example is Hisense's air conditioning plant, where robotic systems have enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs by integrating advanced visual and robotic technologies.
Lastly, Jia urged the need to return to the core principle of technology serving users, advocating for collaborative, human-centric production models. By leveraging AI and robotic systems appropriately, companies can improve productivity while maintaining human ingenuity as central to innovation. This holistic approach is seen as essential for establishing a competitive edge for China's manufacturing sector on a global scale.
