On December 11, 2025, the 23rd Logistics Entrepreneur Annual Conference was held in Yuxi, Yunnan, bringing together leading experts, scholars, and representatives from major companies in the logistics and supply chain sector. The conference focused on the theme “Building an Open New High Ground and Drawing a New Blueprint for Logistics,” highlighting the digital transformation in logistics, innovations, and strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and security through advanced technologies like AI and smart supply chains.
Huawei’s Vice President, Ma Yue, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the crucial role of logistics as a foundational industry in driving economic growth. He outlined how Huawei aims to enhance the entire supply chain logistics system by integrating digital, intelligent technologies, thereby supporting cost reduction and resilience in the logistics sector.
Ma identified three key areas of transformation:
First, he underscored that data is fundamental for the modern supply chain. By creating a secure digital twin system, logistics can evolve from mere physical connectivity to intelligent collaboration, addressing issues like data silos that hinder multi-modal transport efficiency.
Second, AI is positioned as the core driver for upgrading logistics systems. As AI moves from exploratory phases to large-scale applications, it enhances overall logistical optimization and autonomous decision-making in areas like intelligent warehouse management and cross-border automation.
Lastly, Huawei plans to deepen strategic investments in logistics, collaborating with partners to create a robust, data-driven logistics ecosystem. With services implemented across over 100 ports and numerous logistics companies globally, Huawei aims to facilitate a seamless integration of logistics flows, supporting a transformative shift towards modern, intelligent logistics services.
